DOG WALKING
All dogs need to have access to regular exercise, and we aim to provide this while walking around the many lovely places surrounding the city of York. Dogs can be walked on a regular basis, or on a more infrequent one, depending on what is required. The maximum number of dogs that will be walked at once is four; however dogs can have solo walks if needed.
All of the dogs will be on a lead, and they will be walked no matter what the weather (Obviously in extreme weather when this may not be suitable a visit will still take place and your dog will have the opportunity to go outside for a short length of time).
All walks will last a minimum of an hour (Not including the time taken to get to the location) unless a 30 minute walk is requested. On return, dirty paws will be cleaned, and the dogs will be left with food and water depending on your wishes.
The animals will be transported in our fully air-conditioned van. It has three cages that will be cleaned after every use and fresh water will be available.

HOME VISITS
PET FEEDING
There are times when you may not be at home to feed your pets, possibly due to work commitments or holidays. As an alternative to kennels or a cattery, we will pop in and care for your pets, providing food, water and loads of fuss whilst they can stay in their own home, stress free. We can visit once or twice a day and you will be safe in the knowledge that your pets are being cared for and loved whilst you are away. Each visit will last for up to 20 minutes (depending on pet requirements) and we provide the following services (as required):
- Fresh water change
- Hugs and cuddles
- Administer any medication
- Empty little trays
- Clean hutches and cages
- Make sure the house is neat / hoover up any fur
- Water plants
- Tidy the post
- Open and close the curtains/put lights on

POP-IN SERVICES
Elderly dogs and young puppies may not want to go out for a long walk during the day, but will need a spot of love and attention whilst you are at work. This is where our pop-in service could be helpful.
We’ll come to your house in York, let the dog out for a little while to ‘stretch their legs’ and if suitable play with them too. We can then feed them, provide new water and loads of cuddles and fuss. The visit will last for a minimum of twenty minutes. We’ll also check for any ‘accidents’ so that you can return to a clean house.
This is also a suitable service for kittens, as kittens need to be fed regularly and played with so that their mischievous paws don’t get them into any trouble! The only difference is that we won’t let the kittens outside; instead we’ll obviously empty their litter trays.

PET TAXI
Sometimes animals need to be taken to the vets or the groomers, but transport is an issue. This is where we can help with our Pet Taxi Service in York!
We can provide a pet taxi service for you and your pet in our fully air conditioned van. We can pick your pet up from your home in York, drive them to wherever they need to go and then take them back again.
Safety is our priority, so you can be safe in the knowledge that all pets will be secure in either the purpose built cages or a pet carrier and that the cages will be cleaned out after every use.

RABBIT & GUINEA PIG BOARDING
Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to look after your rabbits or guinea pigs when you’re away. As an alternative to the pet feeding service, why not board your pets in our purpose-built rabbit hutches based in Clifton Moor, York?
Every pet will get a chance to stretch their legs away from the hutch during the day in the run area, but only animals from the same house may go out at the same time. We will feed them, change their water and clean out their hutches on a daily basis. We can also administer medicine if required.
We will provide straw, wood shavings, hay, water and fruit and vegetables. However due to the nature and sensitivity of rabbits and guinea pigs we do ask that you provide their food. This way you can be rest assured that your pet is in safe hands and will be checked over regularly.
At the end of every stay the hutches are thoroughly disinfected, ready for our new boarders.
